[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backing of this rug did not allow it to be washed as successfully as others I have purchased. The backing is almost "jute like" and stiff and does not easily fold into the washer and came out of the dryer wrinkled (I have extra large front load machines and the rug purchased is only a 5x8.) Disappointed and will not purchase another without doing research on backing materials. It would appear that all washable rugs are not created equal. My other 5x8 has been washed numerous times and has never given me a problem.
