This rug arrived wrapped in heavy plastic, folded and creased. The company included a card stating all the great reasons folding it was better than rolling the rug. And they claim the creases will relax in a week or so. That was true of the gentle folds but the solid 7 foot crease down the center of the runner showed no signs of change after several weeks. I returned it, and I do not believe their claim that all folds will disappear from their rugs.

This item comes…folded. They included a nice note to their customers about why they fold their rugs in shipping/packaging however the logic is kind of lost. The folds are taking quite a bit to sit flat, corners are curling up despite the note saying they fold it into a square so they don’t to that. Not sure if I’m keeping it yet. I do however love the colors and material. It’s a perfect low profile runner for a hallway or kitchen even. It’s well made from what I can tell thus far, and will update this as soon as I give it a first wash.
