The Luxury Vinyl Plank Safe Rug Pad is engineered specifically for vinyl plank and tile flooring, constructed of felt and an EVA non slip backing. This pad is designed without rubber and latex, and does not contain harmful plasticizers, such as phthalates, that can react with certain floor finishes. Its closed cell backing provides a moisture barrier, stopping spills and pet accidents alike from seeping through to your floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have several rugs. Some with the thin backing some with the upgraded premium backing. I was trying to get the premium backing like what is under round rugs but this wasn’t it. The backing doesn’t lay flat. There are creases. Very disappointed that this is “premium”
