I have had this rug for a year and a half. When we first got it, it shed a lot and over time I was hoping that it would subside.. It has only gotten worse, There are white strings everywhere and no matter how much I vacuum, there are always more. Im ready to throw it out and buy something lower pile so I dont have to deal with it.

This rug sheds an INSANE amount. Literally have to vacuum and sweep twice a day and it still does not get it all. The threads are extremely small and even just having the ceiling fan on will cause them to shed and spread everywhere. I missed the return window on this product and deeply regret not returning it sooner. Cannot warm future buyers enough. This is a headache and truthfully a potential safety hazard waiting to happen. The threads that have shedded from this rug have made their way into air vents and are now clogging them and have forced us to have them professional cleaned. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I am so happy with my rug! I've been looking for an off white,not stark white rug, and this is the perfect shade. It's so soft and feels very durable and has a nice weight too it. It's perfect for my beachy home as it has waves sculpted into it.I got the 6×9 and it's perfect for in front of my sectional.I highly recommend this rug!

I wanted to love this rug. It fit our space perfectly. Unfortunately, the strings go everywhere and will come off from walking on it. We have to vacuum almost everyday because there is shedding all over the floor. We’ve tried vacuuming over on a high suction to remove any loose strands but nothing has worked. We will be throwing this rug out and buying a new one.

The rug arrived covered in stains, but customer service was quick to send a replacement rug. The 2nd rug had a small stain on it which I decided to just cover with a piece of furniture. This rug feels amazing under your feet. Very soft. Customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The photos make it look gorgeous. And they describe it as a shag carpet, so I was expecting a lot of height and softness. The actual carpet has height in some areas and the lines are low areas. The issue is that the rug sheds like crazy, the shag has a combination of thin threads and thicker shag. And up close it looks TERRIBLE. Why is it a combo of thin strings and carpet shag, I have No IDEA.mFeels ok on the feet, looks good from afar, but if I'd seen the up-close in the website images, I would not have purchased.

I was so pleased with the elegant design, rich color and texture of the rug. There is minimum shedding, almost none which is extremely important. The only negative is the somewhat rancid odor which dissipated after spraying and leaving it out for a couple of days.
