The rug came folded in a damaged box. Needs to be shipped rolled to avoid the dent. Pattern was also sewn uneven along edge. It took all of my strength to get it in my car and into the store for return.

Bad odor

I really like the look of this rug but unfortunately the rug has a strong chemical odor that hasn’t improved despite numerous attempts to remove it. I’ve invested considerable time and effort into making the rug usable due to the smell with vinegar, baking soda, even rubbing alcohol- all to no avail. Given the ineffectiveness of all recommended odor removal methods, I believe this rug is defective. I’m kindly asking a full refund for this purchase as I can’t use the product.

Absolutely horrible rug! It came folded and gaping separation of the weave exposing the padding underneath. The weave was lose and misshapen. The color very irregular ( I know it’s natural).Waiting for pickup to return.

This rug is pretty but it smells horrible like dirty sour old green tea bags (because of the natural materials.) The smell was so strong that I was nauseated which is rare for me. It’s very thick and course as if you’re standing on tree bark which will hurt your feet. This is definitely an outdoor only rug where the smell could be hopefully aired out over time and you would have shoes on. I wanted to like it but I knew it wasn’t the right fit for my indoor living room rug.

I've had these rugs before. They hold up for years! (I have mine in front of our front door) This particular rug has a thicker band around it than past ones I've had...I had to tape the corners down with double stick tape for safety's sake.

this rug, while it states it is indoor/ourdoor - it is really only indoor with NO MOISTURE!! After a couple days of rain, this rug became BLACK WITH MOLD and there really is no fix other than throwing it away....it's a mess and gross. I have had this rug for only a few months...so bummed. don't buy.

Would definitely NOT recommend. Had This for a good 3-4 months outside and it’s complete trash. It turned black, we tried washing it, and no luck. I don’t understand how this is an outdoor rug when clearly it doesn’t horribly outside and you can’t wash it or clean it in some way.

At first really liked the style/color of this rug. We've had it outside for less than 3 weeks. It's rained a few times in-between then however, the nice natural color doesn't stay. Once it has water on it the color doesn't ever dry up and come back to that color (doesn't seem like a good outdoor rug to me). Plus there is a weird film on the rug...

This rug was beautiful when we received it, but it didn’t even last a year. The tan border has faded to white, and HUGE (12”x12”) sections of the jute have torn away. The jute literally disintegrated, exposing large swaths of the liner, underneath. I strongly recommend steering away from this rug. The long-term quality is the worst I have seen in any rug, ever.
