I am so impressed with this rug for the price. It’s not too thick- which is exactly what I wanted. The colours look a little more beige than grey compared to the picture- but that makes it more perfect for my space. I love the way the rug comes folded and not rolled. Only took a day or so for any creases to drop. Such a good value rug- would definitely buy again.

The color is perfect! The sides of the rug however, are not. All four sides of our 9x12 rug are not straight.We have laid it as best as we can with our furniture, but one can tell something is off. We’ve reached out to the support team, so I will update this review once a response is received. Maybe the smaller sizes don’t have this problem?

First time ordering and really happy with the product and price. The Light Grey is really light and doesn’t clash with other white accents in your home. The drawer grey leans warm in tone so pairs perfectly with hardwood. Turn your coffee table upside down to get the wrinkles out quickly, move it to sections for a few hours. I have concern of the edges rolling up but flattening it every once in a while doesn’t bother me. The pile is really low and can feel cheap without the underpad. So unless you’re simply going for visual effect, I’d recommend it. I didn’t get it originally but would order it separately on my next order.

Lower quality than expected. Pretty rug though. Definitely cushy and comfy. Very very low-pile (think no-pile) rug. I have it under my dining room table to make sure the floor isn’t scratched, so it does the job, but the quality was not what I was hoping for. Oh well.
