Upon receiving the rug, I was initially thrilled and eager to unveil it in my living room. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I cut open the plastic wrapping. To my dismay, an unpleasant odor emanated from the rug, completely altering the positive experience I had anticipated. The stench was so overwhelming that it reached the other room, prompting my family to advise me to rewrap the rug immediately and initiate the return process. Regrettably, I couldn't even proceed to assess the design or quality of the rug due to the strong odor. Furthermore, the quality of the material is concerning, as it sheds excessively. A mere touch resulted in my hand being covered in fibers from the rug. This unexpected and disappointing experience has left me with no choice but to return the product. I spent considerable time and effort selecting the perfect rug for my living space, and it is disheartening to find myself back at square one. I believe in the quality of your products, and I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly.
