    Beautiful rug but it arrived dirty and slightly damaged on one end where the rug is rolled up. The end was completely uncovered, exposing it to dirt. If the rug was properly packaged it would have been great. The design is nice and the feel of the rug material is like a traditional rug, soft but durable. I would purchase it again if I knew that it would be packaged properly. I cannot recommend it because correct packaging is not guaranteed.

    Super bummed I just there’s a tiny area where the threading is off & hanging loose. It was a pretty expensive rug & I already threw the packing out, put rug tape down & once down saw that it’s flawed!! It’s obvious too, and will only get worse once vacuumed. Not sure how to fix this!!! Can’t cut it off because it won’t match the rest of the rug.

The only reason I took a star off my review is that the rug is slightly uneven. You can see a dip on the side of the rug (long-ways) and it is pretty noticeable. It's only on one side of the rug - so we made sure to position the rug accordingly, but it's not a problem I would expect to have.
