This very large 9×12 rug was packaged and shipped FOLDED instead of rolled causing a huge CREASE. Extremely disappointed. Corners turned up. Not laying flat.

I purchased this rug for my living room and I love it! It’s neutral but with a pop of color that isn’t a lot. I did purchase a rug pad for underneath the rug. It’s easy to clean and vacuum!

The rug will not lay flat. I’ve had it for 3 months now and it randomly curls up day by day, in different areas. If you get ANY liquid on it, even the smallest amount, the rug gets warped and curls up. There is also a weird smell to the rug that I thought would go away as it airs out. But after 3 months the smell is still there. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased this same rug a few years ago and with having kids, we decided to replace it with the same rug. The quality has gone downhill. It’s much thinner, itchy, and something about the pattern looks weird. Sad because I loved it

I was so hesitant on buying this because of the reviews but my rug is amazing and I’m so glad I purchased it! Everyone says it won’t lay flat but mine laid flat in less than 24 hours and I love the colors! It’s not super thin but not thick. It does slide around so you need to buy grip but other than that I love my purchase! I definitely recommend
