Not flattening out

I really like the feel, the colors and pattern, they are well represented in the photos. What I am completely frustrated by is that the rug was shipped all folded up. I ordered an 8 x 10, it was folded up to be about a 2 x 4. I am having trouble getting the wrinkles out from the folds. It would have been so much better if it had been shipped rolled up. I am not sure if it will ever flatten out. Still contemplating if I should return it.
