I would give zero stars if I could. This product should not be advertised as a cake candle. It put out such large sparks it almost burnt my son. We had to throw his birthday cake out after using it because it left little black dots all over the cake. I assume it is from the sparks burning the icing but wasn’t sure if it was residue from the sparkler. I did not feel comfortable feeding the cake to anyone after using the candle. This candle is a fire hazard. Do not use indoors and keep away from children. Horrible product and misleading packaging.

The sparklers left a burnt residue sprayed all over the cake which I felt uncomfortable eating and serving to children. Really gross. It also doesn’t say on the package that it’s a candle, it says to hold it in your hand. Definitely don’t hold this in your hand while lit, it will burn you. It also burned holes into my dining room table. So much regret.

Got this for my son's birthday and while it was cute and everyone loved it, BUT I burnt my fingers on it. I assumed the stick would be cool to grab like a normal sparkler, and that was not the case. If you use it, just make sure to leave it in the cake to cool before touching, and make sure to keep your kiddos hands far away!!

So fun!! My 5 year old son loved this until he realized he couldn’t blow it out. Ha! He still thought it was pretty cool. Party guests thought it was awesome as well. Beware, it smells just like a sparkler and smokes a bit like one too. We were inside at a jump park for our party and I was afraid I was going to set off their smoke alarms, but thankfully it didn’t!
