I do not suggest buying this. It burns off so quickly that I could not get around the opposite side of the table to take a picture of my son. It was already out absolutely ridiculous. You might as well flush your money down the toilet because that's how long it takes until it burns out Super quick super annoying ridiculous bye neat idea horrible.

Dangerous! We were worried about it being on the cake so we decided to light it in our hand. Even if we held it high it was flicking sparks and ashes on our flooring. Definitely an outside item with supervision!

I bought two at the store for my mother in law's 90th birthday. These are not labeled for outdoor use only. I didn't read reviews until now. These didn't light. Instead, one burned and left gritty sulfur rocks all over the cake. We had to open up the house because we couldn't breathe.

I didn’t realize when buying this online that this is an actual sparkler (think 4th of July) and is for outdoor use only. Also you couldn’t really tell it’s an 8 as it’s just one ball of flames. But if you want a sparkler, don’t care that it’s not number shaped when lit, and are having an outdoor party then this would work for you.
