Love this organic avocado oil. We use it in cooking, smoothies & salad dressings. Would definitely prefer it come in a glass bottle instead of plastic for health reasons.

I used Avocado Oil for the first time to test it out on frying a breaded meat recipe I've always had the crust fall off of during frying. This was great - hot oil, no smoking, panko crust turned out golden & crispy, stayed attached with moist, tender meat. The only difference this time was the oil - delicious and made me a successful cook on something I've failed to get right even though I tried every oil & method. This time I nailed it! Will definitely be my favorite frying oil from now on!
