The blades are very sharp so make sure and use the tool provided to clean it. I really would have liked it if the pieces (grids)to slice and grate if the grating section was wider.

I always wished if there was something to accelerate this process for me. Nutri slicer has come to me like a blessing. I’ve used many other kinds of slicers which I’ve always ended up not using because of cutting my fingers constantly. This slicer is very safe and just does the job perfectly. For me, I'm not sure if it's a "necessary" product, as I frequently end up just chopping things with my knife but I could see this being indispensable for someone else -- I think it just comes down to how much room you have and your personal preferences.

Cucumbers, onions, eggs, cheese, carrots, and soooooo much more. Easy to set up, process your items then take apart and clean. It’s has been a blessing, while staying with my parents. We love movie night, snacks are easy and we just throw things together and get to our little gathering. Overall, perfect!!!! Highly recommend.

You get a dicer, a shredder, slicer, the slicing guard, cleaning claw, the Mandoline slicer and storage container all in one! The amount of things you can do with this slicer is endless and so wonderful to prep and make healthy foods from scratch. It dishwasher safe and stores away nice and neat. I'm using this on a regular basis for all of my slicing, dicing and chopping needs.
