Description

NUX brings to the table the Mini Core Brownie Distortion Guitar Effects Pedal, a marvel capturing the essence of classic 1970s British rock tones. A blend of sophisticated circuits gifts this pedal unique pre-amp and power tube distortion qualities. With its special BJT input stage, the pedal is primed to break-up once the preamp tube commences distortion, effectively emulating characteristics of a real tube amplifier. Further, the Brownie is equipped with an asymmetrical clipping circuit ensuring a seamless simulation of tube amplifier attributes, whilst maintaining clarity in the bass frequencies, which can often muddle under distortion. The innovative low-pass tone control filter is designed to echo the Variac effect, adeptly shaping and refining the tone to perfection. A modern power clipping circuit built from a contemporary low-noise OP-AMP and two red LEDs ensures symmetrical clipping, offering a smooth distortion. And with its true bypass mechanism, signal clarity remains top-notch, thanks to the high-grade TPDP mechanical foot-switch.
