Like a lot of nyx’s products this is sort of multi-use in that it gives you the best of what’s usually 2 different brow products in one! I love the concept, one side of the pencil is very sharp so you can fill in your brows with hair-like strokes, meanwhile the other side of the pencil is blunt, so you can outline and shade the tail of your brow. It’s got great pigmentation, a light brown that you can make deeper with more layers. The texture is perfect! Creamy and easy to blend, almost like a gel crossed with a pomade. The packaging is perfect and eye catching, and explains the concept with brevity. A great value at its price as well! Highly recommend! Shame on you as a company for shrinkflating your products. I will be taking my business elsewhere because you can get higher end brow pencils relative to the weight. You discontinued the precision brow and introduced this identical formula at the same price and half the product weight. 0.11g versus 0.056g

NYX Blade n Shade Brow Pencil Review I recently purchased the NYX Blade n Shade brow pencil from Ulta, and I'm overall very impressed! I bought the shade 'Brunette,' which is described as a neutral brown. While the shade range is fantastic, I found that 'Brunette' appeared a bit auburn on me, which didn’t match when I was doing a more “natural” look. But it did give me the inspiration to write this review, and to even suggest that Nyx maybe expands the shade range to include less conventional colors for the folks that like to do less conventional makeup. The application, however, was a dream! The unique blade tip design made creating natural, hair-like strokes incredibly easy and efficient. The texture of the pencil is perfect – a balanced blend of waxy, creamy, and dry. It glides on smoothly without tugging or pulling, yet sets nicely without smudging. The blade tip is a great for precise application and filling in sparse areas, making brow shaping a cinch. Longevity is excellent. The pencil lasted all day on my brows, even in a warm, humid climate. I do set my brows with a light powder, which likely contributed to its staying power. Overall, I'm very happy with the NYX Blade n Shade brow pencil. The innovative blade tip, combined with the perfect texture and long-lasting formula, makes it a new favorite. Despite the slight shade mismatch, which I'll correct on my next purchase, I believe this pencil is worth the price and I will definitely be repurchasing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Espresso is definitely not my shade but still really love this product. Very easy to draw hair strokes. Formula is not creamy but waxy, which makes it stay on better. Just be sure to wipe any excess product off before using this brow pencil. The caps do click in place and stay on, unlike my other brow pencil from a different brand. No noticeable scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept of this eyebrow pencil is cool. You use the skinny side to “blade it” to make it look like hair stands. Then “shade it” to even it out and fill it all in. Then you use the brush to blend to together. It works pretty well.

Love the eye brow pencil! The tip is perfect for drawing thin hair lines and using the broader angle for filling in between lines. Also, so excited that it comes in gray. Very difficult to find brow pencils in that color.

It’s also perfectly pigmented in a natural way so it doesn’t look too bold. There’s no scent to the product which is great for me.

Obsessed! Love the shape of the product so much! Such an easy pencil to use for my brows. Tiny strokes! Hair like strokes! Perfect color as always. I have always used their microbrow pencil and now I changed to this one. Best product launch of theirs in a while. Super happy. I have barely any hair when it comes to my brows so this is perfect for me. Once I set my brows they stay on and look great all day!
