Not highly pigmented….but the worst part is the packaging and sharpening requirement. Upon purchase, it appeared to be a typical plastic casing that would twist at the bottom to produce more product (the bottom even has a separation exactly where one would expect for the roll-up functionality). But no….once you are able to remove the wrapping and cap at home after purchase, you find it requires a sharpener…and even then, you can only sharpen so far before running into the plastic casing. Between the “meh” color/pigmentation, deceptive packaging, and minimal product….definitely will not purchase again.

I really like this eyeliner. Perfect color. I’ve also been able to sharpen it, but it’s extremely irritating to my skin. Using it once makes my eyelids flake for MONTHS even if I remove it as soon as I come home. Please make a hypoallergenic version.

I wish I came and read some of these reviews before buying. I cannot believe how little product you get. It’s literally just the tip! Thats it?! I assumed I’d be able to spin the bottom for more to come out. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not buy. Waste of money. 😒

For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope this information helps! We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The packaging was a battle. As in, the struggle to remove the fitted protective plastic damaged the product itself. You need an exacto knife to get into this makeup. The pencil itself works great, though. I bought the white, and the pencil I got all over my hands while trying to get the packaging off hasn't come off after three washes in the sink!

I have used these eyeliners for years (the silver and metallic light blue are my go-tos), but when i most recently re-purchased the metallic blue, it’s super sheer! It used to have to most beautiful color payoff and was super opaque. Not sure what happened.

Perhaps I got some old liners but both the pink and purple shades were very dry and would not soften enough to apply to eyes even when warmed up. Upon trying to sharpen them to get down into the pencil, thinking that would be less dried out, I found that they would not smoothly sharpen at all, leaving jagged plastic pencil bits right at the liner tip. Extremely disappointed as I usually like this brand.

I was looking for a white eyeliner to try out, and I just don't like this one. It's not very smooth, it looks powdery on my eye almost... I'm not sure, it's just a little bizarre. Definitely doesn't budge though! I tried to wipe it off or fix it... Couldn't :) Maybe the other colors are better!

Love the color but hate the stick. Will not allow any sharpening, plastic is too hard. When you try to sharpen the plastic breaks off and leaves sharp edges so you cannot use rest of product. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The pigmentation is EVERYTHING! The packaging is the same exact color as the pencil itself which to me is a big deal so I know for sure the color. The application is very easy and so smooth.

The formula stays on as a tightline or on lid without smudging. I love the color gunmetal hlaze and have several as backup. The color add very fine flecks of glitter and flattering for day or night. Applies like high end but very affordable. I will purchase other colors

No pigment at all. Even after warming it up, you have to press really hard to get any color to show up on your skin. Which you can do on the back of your hand, but not on an area as delicate as your eyes.
