It arrived in a beat up box that had been heavily taped. When the box was opened some of the screws were just loose and went everywhere. The metal pieces were warped. The screws were so short that they popped right out. The directions were horrible. But the kicker was that all 4 legs had the curved handles instead of only 2 of them as designed. I hate to return this 38 pound box but I have no choice.
