Q: many of the reviews say how great of a product this is except for the pump not working properly. is that something that is being worked on currently?

It does some time take time to move through the previous inventory. We also recommend storing this product away from any excess humidity, as it may cause the product to clog the pump. Q: Can the Odele Team verify if this is Benzene-free? An ingredient list isn't sufficient; Benzene is from contamination during the manufacturing process so it wouldn't be listed as an ingredient.

I have used this dry shampoo for years. I originally bought it because I did not want to use anything from an aerosol can. It works wonders and does not leave my dark hair white at all

I like that is a healthier option than the air spray cans but it stays white for a little bit and my hair is dark so you have to REALLY brush this through. And it works but I think for my hair (fine and ALOT of it) I have to use a lot … so I like this but not sure I will buy again. I think I may try another brand

I have fine hair and this is the only dry shampoo that doesn’t weigh my hair down. It’s actually gives it some volume! And doesn’t leave my hair feeling dirty. I use it once or twice a week and still have almost half a bottle left after nearly a year

The pump always sticks and it’s a fight to get any product out. The product itself is good but always leaves my hair feeling stiff like it has product in it rather than clean. I was excited to try a powder formula but it might not be for me. You also have to really work the product in to get rid of the white cast.

First time user. Came across it when I was in search of a light or fragrance free purple shampoo. Works great. The scent does not trigger my migraines... which is a HUGE bonus and a near miracle in itself.

The actual product (the dry shampoo powder) is phenomenal! It gives me fine hair a fresh, voluminous look. But the pump is horrific. It worked the first time I used it, but since then it’s been a struggle to get product out. I’ve resorted to opening the top and dumping product onto my hair, which is wasteful and messy.

I tried this product because I thought it would be safer than the spray, but pump doesn't work well, I am only 1/3 through the bottle and it became really difficult to get the power out. Such a struggle! will not purchase again.

The actual powder is great. Adds volume. And lasts more than one day which is great for anyone with oily hair or an oily scalp. But it's so hard to get on your hair and can be messy if you do. All over the bathroom and your clothes.

Works well when in a hurry. I noticed it's best for second day hair. If hair is too oily this can't help much. I do like that this is natural and better for environment than the spray ones.

I really like this product! It works on my really dark brown hair without leaving any sort of white cast. Once I use it I don’t have to reapply throughout the day and, depending on the weather, I don’t even have to reapply for a couple of days, it keeps my roots completely oil free and adds a bit of volume that I haven’t been able to achieve with the other popular brands. I also love that the bottle isn’t aerosol so it’s better for the environment, my only beef is that once the bottle gets down to a quarter full the spray pump doesn’t work as well. I usually have to open it and pour a little in my hand and sprinkle it on my roots like I’m seasoning a piece of meat. I do really love it though and plan to repurchase.

Do not recommend. I wanted to like this product because I like the shampoo/cond, but first off this product gets everywhere - don’t you dear wear black on application. Secondly, the spray is inconsistent, it’s one big poof of powder and then barely anything at all. Thirdly, I don’t like the formula.

This is a great concept in theory. But, it is messy and I feel like whatever amount goes into the air... I am inhaling. Definitely not good for your lungs, regardless if it is "plant proteins" or not. I bought one for my daugther and one for myself. She hasn't used hers yet...I think I am going to save her lungs and return hers. Won't buy again. Bummer
