The spray nozzle is terrible! It’s hard to spray it because it’s so small and when you do it leaks everywhere and wastes product while making a mess. Gets all over my clothes because it drips out of my hair. I switched to a different spray bottle and I’m hoping this will work better because it’s a good product, just terrible packaging like others have stated.

This is a truly great detangler/leave-in. I'm very picky and usually use two higher-end products, but this product has me add its way into my rotation. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it, and this leaves my hairdo manageable but not weighed down. Very light scent that doesn't linger and lets your shampoo and conditioner scent shine lol. But I agree with everyone else; we need a new sprayer asap. It's ridiculous and always clogged.

The product may be good, but I’ll never know. As others have noted The spray handle is too small making it nearly impossible to apply the product. It’s hard to spray the desired area without getting it all over your hands and clothes. Poor packaging -you are losing customers

The product itself detangles with ease and leaves my hair feeling soft. However, the nozzle on the spray bottle dispenses the product so poorly that it ends up dripping down my hair and my hand. What ever mist it can muster ends up spraying all over general surroundings.

I love the smell and the product works great. I can tell a difference in my hair. But the nozzle is the worse. I normally just pour some on my hand cause nozzle doesn’t spray right and it makes such a mess.

The sprayer basically doesn't work. You have to dump a little out into your hands and then use your hands to get it in your hair. If the bottle didn't suck, would be a 5 star product to me.

Love the spray detangler but the spray bottle is horrible. It sprays clumps and goes everywhere. I even cleaned the sprayer to see if it was clogged and it didnt fix it. Also returned it for a new one and the replacement did the same thing. I guess I will need to buy a generic spray bottle to use this product. Hopefully they will fix it.

Leaves my hair so soft and is one of the few products that tames my flyaways. One criticism is the sprayer: needs to be rinsed every few sprays and after every use or it clogs and drips instead of spraying. That combined with the curved handle makes my hand slide up. Even after cleaning my finger has gotten pinched a few times. Ouch.

I want to give this a five star review. I completely do. However, the bottle is extremely frustrating. I love this product. It's effective with detangling and leaves my hair soft. I even use this in my daughter's curly hair. The scent is soft and not over powering. The bottle? I hate it. The product continuously clogs the nozzle. It doesn't have a consistent spray. It gets everywhere! The handle on the spray head is too short. Try using two fingers to spray and it gets all over your hands and the bottle making your fingers slip and it impossible to spray. The open/close mechanism is too sensitive that even the slightest bump and it closes the nozzle. It's unfortunate that the issues I've had with the bottle has me contemplating finding another product. I really love this stuff but I'm also tired of losing product due to an incompatible bottle. Odele, please figure something out!

Please Odele, go back to the old sprayer or find a different option. I’ve been using this product for around 2 years, and the last two bottles have sprayed product EVERYWHERE. It’s literally the best detangler I’ve ever used, and works for fine and curly hair which is great for the different hair types in my family, but omg I feel like I need to buy my own bottle to remedy this and it shouldnt be that way. The old bottle/sprayer was perfect!!
