Description
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read and follow all directions and precautions on this product label. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Hold container 6 to 8 inches from skin or clothing and spray with a slow sweeping motion. Do not apply over cuts, wounds, irritated or sunburned skin. Do not spray in enclosed areas. Use just enough repellent to cover exposed skin and/or clothing. Avoid over-application of this product. Frequent reapplication and saturation are unnecessary. Do not allow children to handle this product. Do not apply to children’s hands. When using on children, apply to your own hands and then put it on the child. After returning indoors, wash treated skin with soap and water. Spread evenly with hands to moisten all exposed skin. TO APPLY TO FACE: Spray palm of hand first and then apply sparingly and avoid eyes. Do not spray directly onto face. Do not apply near eyes and mouth. Apply sparingly around ears. WORKS ON OUTER SURFACES OF CLOTHING: Do not use under clothing. Spray shirts, pants, socks, and hats. For ticks and chiggers also spray cuffs, socks and around other openings in outer clothing. Will not damage cotton, wool, or nylon. Do not apply on or near: acetate, rayon, spandex or other synthetics (other than nylon), furniture, plastics, watch crystals, leather and painted or varnished surfaces including automobiles.
USES: Outdoor usage: In the backyard, camping, while gardening, watching sports, at the beach, at the park.
WARNINGS: PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: HAZARDS TO HUMANS-WARNING: Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Do not get in eyes. Harmful if swallowed. Use of this product may cause skin reactions in rare cases. Wash treated clothing before wearing it again. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. FIRST AID: Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If you suspect a reaction to this product, discontinue use, wash treated skin, and call your local poison control center. PHYSICAL & CHEMICAL HAZARDS-FLAMMABLE: Contents under pressure. Do not use near heat, sparks or open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures above 120°F may cause bursting. Keep treated surfaces away from fire or flame until dry.

The scent is not too strong, it's much more pleasant than other sprays I have used in the past. This spray covers well without leaving stickiness or residue behind. I like how quickly it dries when it is applied. I would definitely purchase this again!!

This spray is true to the claims and covers well but doesn't leave me feeling sticky. On top of the pleasant feel, this also has a more palatable scent than many other sprays. This is likely going to be one of my go to options moving forward.

I like that it fits the TSA size requirements. I like how it doesn't have a harsh smell and it doesn't cause rashes on my skin.

One of the things I liked most about this brand of bug spray was that when I put it on, I didn't feel greasy afterwards like so many other types of bug spray do. It went on, and after a few moments it was dry and I couldn't even smell it anymore either. Which was an unexpected bonus. The product kept bugs away for a lengthy amount of time, and I was around horses, goats, cows, and so there were a fair amount of flies, gnats, mosquitoes, and other biting insects not necessarily intended to be covered by the product, but it seemed to cover fairly well. Normally I have to keep reapplying over and over again. I would definitely buy this product again.

We use lot of products around our house to repel insects as we live surrounded by trees and this is probably my least favorite product. For one it has an unpleasant smell- repellents generally smell a bit funny but this one even more so than others. Two, it dries so quickly when applied it's hard to properly distribute by hand to ensure full functionality of the product. It also leaves very odd residue on hands when trying to rub in so it would be difficult to use on the go when out in the woods. It is effective against mosquitoes as long as you take the time to truly cover exposed area which means you rally have to spray a lot of it as it's almost impossible to spread by hand.

You can safely use it for a little kids without having to worry because the ingredients are safe. It is not sticky on your skin. It dries up very quick. The smell is great. Most importantly, it keeps mosquitoes away for a good amount of time.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I've used several products in the off brand, so was really excited to try a new type that I hadn't tried before. The smooth and dry with the powder dry formula feels really nice on the skin and does dry very quickly. I wouldn't say that it feels completely "powder" dry, as all bug sprays have the smallest bit of residue, but it does feel much drier and smoother than many other sprays that I've tried. The scent is very light and sweet, but is not too noticeable if bug spray scent bothers you. I also tried this product while at the creek with my dog on a very, very hot day, and this worked perfect against the mini bugs that were out and about that day, and I did not have any bug bites. Overall highly recommend this product!

This is great for kids because they can't get it on their hands and smear it everywhere. It has a pleasant smell also. Wish it was a little cheaper but I'll take it and buy when it's on sale! I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This insect repellent requires a bit of force to dispense since it first releases air and then the spray. The repellent feels invisible on my body but it leaves a greasy residue on my hands after rubbing it on. The scent is not too strong after dispensing and it completely disappears after half an hour of wear. I did not experience mosquito bites while wearing this repellent but flies would get close to me.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This product is an aerosol DEET-based insect repellent. It's 15% DEET so should protect from insects for about 2 hours. Be sure to only apply outdoors - otherwise you will inhale aerosolized bug spray. It leaves a white residue in clothes, despite instructions that say it can be applied to and won't damage cotton, wool and nylon. The instructions are in tiny white font on an orange background, which is extremely hard to read. Also the "familycare" branding seems to imply that it's safer or more kid-friendly than other bug sprays, which it is not. Also there isn't an ingredient list for the 85% that is not DEET.

I like the lightweight feel of this repellent. It's quite effective. I am someone whom the mosquito will choose to bite among other 100 more people. After applying this product I was out in the woods for 2 hrs and no mosquito bit me. I also like the size of this pack. Easy to carry and enough for the whole family.
