Q: I am not able to get the wheels to stick in. They aren't clicking in and there is nothing to keep them in place. I cannot use the chair becuase the wheels keep falling out. How do I get them to stay?

submitted byDerrion - 3 years agoTarget staff supportA: The wheels are held into the base by a compression sleeve on the caster. This causes the wheels to be very hard to install fully into the base. I had to use a rubber mallet to tap them in.

submitted byTaylor - 5 years agoTarget staff supportA: It wasn't that easy. Getting the holes on the back to line up with the holes on the seat is tough. I DID not tighten the bolts until all bolts were started and it still was hard.

Q: I see that it leans back, but can you lock it so it stays upright?
A: Push the hight lever in and it wall lock it.
