They just have a new formula because what used to be great now feels watery and doesn’t lather. I’ve been using it for 8+ years but looks like I might have to try something different.

After using for almost 2 months my hair has become dry and started to thin. I’ve lost hair at the front of my hair line where it’s the most noticeable. This shampoo is horrible! I’m literally balding in some areas.

I had been using Purology hydrate but didn't want to keep spending $$$ when my hair didn't feel smooth despite using multiple other products before blow drying. My hair felt utter gross when using this and the conditioner. It felt so full of product and I had to wash my hair more often than I'm used to because how bad my hair began to look. Just my hair looked and felt disgusting and I barely even used a third of the bottle before switching to a different shampoo and conditioner.
