This is a great hydrating shampoo for curly or textured hair. I have thick curly hair and it cleans my hair effectively but doesn't dry it out or create frizz. The scent is lovely and very pleasant, and lingers in my hair after it's dry. It's on the pricier side but in my opinion it is well worth it!

This shampoo did not work well with my hair. It did not lather up well and made my hair very grippy and hard to detangle. The smell is faint but it smells like a box of crayons to me. I had a lot of breakage as well after using this.

I've been using the product for the last couple of months and the results are great. It's very hydrating and my curls are loving it. They've become very healthy.

This is my favourite shampoo! The smell is divine; a coconut vanilla that is not too overpowering. I have light waves and when I use this, especially in combination with the conditioner, I feel like I’ve had my hair done. It really moisturizes my hair and makes it feel soft and bouncy. This is my absolute go to when I want my waves to really feel defined and natural, without having to use any other enhancer.

Though my hair looked good after washing, conditioning and brushing out my hair IT did leave my scalp feeling dry afterwards even after putting oil in my hair to moisturize my scalp it still felt dry afterward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using ogx coconut curls shampoo and conditioner for almost 2 months now previously to using it my frizz was out of control and my curls barely noticable unless the morning after a wash. About 2 weeks into using it, you had a noticable difference from previously i had barely any frizz unless working out / sweating, my curls looked brilliant better than ever before so defined but my scalp got really dry after every wash to the point the conditioner stung a little too much from the citrus elements so i stopped using it. Im 2 weeks out from not using it my hair has started falling out from the dryness and i have long split ends which i have not ever had i take care of my hair as much as possible its the only asset i got going for me. So while it does give the lush bouncy curls and does control frizz i do plead you use extreme caution if you are sensitive to hair products in general or have a dry or sensitive scalp as it may cause irriation.

The scent is amazing - I love the tropical coconut smell that lingers in my hair after washing. This shampoo leaves my locks feeling incredibly smooth and manageable. The coconut oil and shea butter ingredients must be doing their magic! I've noticed a significant reduction in frizz and flyaways, and my curls look healthier and more defined.

I love this shampoo ogx has to offer I decided to get it after my hair had been looking damaged and frizzy and this shampoo paired with the conditioner saved my curls feel and look more hydrated and defined. It lathers very well compared to other shampoos I’ve tried. The coconut scent is a plus as well. I’ve repurchased this a couple times after finishing it and will continue to do so.
