These used to be worth it but Target is so selfish for raising the prices. The cost has continually increased over the year. Guarantee you that it’ll be price-gouged like the Fairlife shakes. At this point, just buy yourself a large, Greek yogurt container and make your own shots. Greed wins again.

The nutrition value is low in calories and sugar and high in protein. It also doesn't have a gritty texture taste. It is smooth flavor, the bottle is small enough for a lunch box and not heavy.

I am constantly trying to mix up my protein intake as my diet revolves around the protein after my weight loss surgery. This is delicious with a great flavor and the macros are perfect. I like that this is a high protein drink but the consistency was like a melted milk shake and was a bit chalky. The flavor was very sweet despite the no added sugar and I could not drink more than a few sips. It is also very expensive and there are other protein drinks I prefer.
