I really tried to like this but I can’t get over the texture. I love regular Greek yogurt but this is way thicker and almost leaves a film in my mouth. The taste isn’t that great either. If it tastes better then I could probably get over the texture but unfortunately that’s not the case.

The Pro 23 (170Grams) 5 servings. Easy to hit your protein, cures sugar cravings, if you must eat something late at night this is a good staple food. It's healthy and packed with nutrients. Highly recommend it if you're trying to lose weight and gain muscle. 23 Grams of protein, light in carbs and fats. This yogurt is my go-to. My daughter was back from college for the summer and requested i buy some oikos for her to pack for lunches. I had not ever tried this brand before, it is so creamy it seems indulgent, but it is not. very low sugar when compared to other options out there. As a bonus the protein value is great,, keeps you full all morning or if i get peckish at evening time it is a wonderful option.
