Q: Is the box supposed to have a safety seal or plastic wrap around the box? I did an online order for store pickup and the cream was in a box that anyone could open and the inner plastic lid was not in place when I unscrewed the jar.

The jar itself is a white plastic jar with silver screw-on lid, with a secondary white, plastic cover disc inside the jar covering the cream.
