Q: I'm wondering how much retinol percentage is in this product ? As I'm sensitive skin online tells me to begin with beginner strength 0.1-0.3% but lots of company's are doing even higher thn 1%
A: We're sorry, but our specific ingredient percentages are considered proprietary information which we're unable to provide. The only exception would be active ingredients, such as sunscreens, and those percentages will be listed on the product package. Skin research and clinical studies show that it’s not about the percentage of ingredients a product has, it’s about bioavailability -- how well the ingredients penetrate the skin and how well your skin absorbs the ingredients from the products. While Olay does not disclose product ingredient concentrations, we evaluate ingredient and formula penetration/absorption into the surface cellular layers of skin, safety and full formulation benefits on skin in clinical studies to prove that our products are effective. Our Retinol24 products are unique in that the majority of them are meant to be used only at night. You could try using it every other night or just once a week until your skin is accustomed to it. Once your skin adjusts you can try using it more often. Also, you could try the MAX version instead. While it does have a higher level of retinol, Retinol24 MAX also provides more hydration to soothe skin.

Q: Can this be put under your eyes?
A: Hi Smellyjackets! For best results around the eye area, we would recommend using the Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Fragrance-Free Eye Cream. Hope this helps!
