Q: How do you get the pump up, I keep turning it but its not releasing so I can use it.

I love olay & I love this smell. I never tried this one before so I wanted to give it a try for some reason this scent broke me and my husband out very bad we have rough patches everywhere from using this. I usually use strawberry I will stick to that from now on!
