A: Beat the Bloat contains ingredients derived from soy, wheat, and lactose that are used during fermentation of the Enzyme Blend. The final product is tested for gluten, and tests below 20ppm. This is the limit to declare a product "gluten-free" on the label. We decided to include the statement that says that there are ingredients derived from things like wheat, in order to be fully transparent with our consumers about what goes into making our products. If you are highly sensitive to any of these ingredients, we recommend consulting your physician before using them.

I tried these some days ago and ever since then my stomach hasn’t been the same. It’s been aching, and it’s kinda hard to use the bathroom. I haven’t changed anything with my diet until these. They might work for some people but beware this may be a side effect :(

I have been using Beat The Bloat capsules for several months and I am very happy with their effectiveness. However, I recently purchased another container of the capsules and found them to be of a different color than the ones I have been taking for the past several months. The new capsules are brown and the others were white. Since no mention of this change is noted on the container, I am concerned about taking them. Can you explain the change and are they okay to ingest? Thank you!

This stuff does work once you have been using it for a week. I recommend using it during the summer. With the heatwave while taking one of the capsules. Everything goes down and you have been using the bathroom for about an hour.

I have been using this for a few weeks it seems to help with bloating some it comes in a capsule form so there is no unpleasant taste , the packaging to me is very wasteful it comes in a good size container but there only 25 capsules in the bottle. I like it has ginger in it that is good for the stomach. I do overkill like this product.

Literally just bought this and took one and 20 minutes later I felt so much relief. I eat very clean, exercise a lot and drink about a gallon of water a day. I always feel bloated because of how much water I drink but I also live in FL and it’s currently 101 degrees out and I retain and bloat like crazy. Normally I take a water pill but they give me migraines. This made me feel so much better. I look forward to using this product

Just bought this, and I have tried it once so far. I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago.. after I eat, my stomach gets so bloated... I'm trying this to see if it helps. I was scared it would make me gassy. lol it doesn't, so that's good.

I am very happy with this product. I’ve noticed that my digestive system seems to work a little bit more smoothly and consistently when I take this, and as a result I look less bloated and slimmer on daily basis! You do need to take this consistently to see results. I also like how easy the tablet container is to get them out, and that they don’t have a bad taste. I’m very happy with this purchase!

It has wheat, soy and milk. The container is almost impossible to open. The directions are very hard to find in very small print on the back. Packaging could be better. Not sure yet how the product performs

I absolutely love cottage cheese, but I would be literally down for hours if I ate it. It dawned on me to take this pill just prior to eating it earlier this week. I’ve had literally no symptoms from the cottage cheese and it’s been 4 days in a row!! This is not a pill that will fix any sort of bloating or G.I. discomfort. You have to understand what the enzymes in the pill are going to help break down. For example, lactase is going to help break down lactose. So if you’re someone who feels that you are lactose intolerant, or have symptoms after eating dairy, then this may be helpful. This is not going to help Discomfort from over eating, Sebo, IBS - which I have too! But it can really be a lifesaver for dairy.

I have IBS and various other inflammatory issues that lead to extremely painful bloating. By themselves these don't really do anything for me, but when combined with simethicone they seem to work synergistically for me, making the gas-x significantly more effective and reducing abdominal pressure significantly or eliminating bloating all together. I've also used this combination effectively as a preventative measure. These have been a great symptom control option for me, but if I'm having a flare up I can need up to 3 doses a day, and at almost 75¢ a dose that can get expensive if I need it multiple times a day every day. Great product, but the price seems excessive and makes the product inaccessible to the people who may benefit from it most

These supplements are the absolute best. It takes 2-3 weeks to kick in and notice a difference. I lost about 5 lbs of just bloat. I ran out of them and didn’t get them for about a month and noticed my jeans were smaller until I realized why. I started taking them again and I’m back to how I was. I won’t go without anymore.
