These have helped so much! My child is autistic and was having trouble sleeping through the night. These have helped him sleep through the night at least 80% of the time. I think the choline helps. Definitely worth the purchase. The only thing I will add, is he seemed to be a little more tired in the mornings. May or may not be related to the lolly pops.

It's a super fun idea. Unfortunately my autistic/ADHD son was not impressed with the taste "this is a yucky lollipop mama" 😂 I couldn't get a great idea if the product worked at all because he didn't eat much of it. My son is super picky so I'm not surprised he was suspicious. A lot of kids with autism and ADHD might easily call out these lollipops for their taste though so it might still be a work in progress for some of the kids that need these supplements the most.

Worked 3 times for my 8 year old, but after that instead of calming him down, it did the opposite. He was stimming more than usual , and making noises and laughing than normal. He is on the spectrum and thought they would help calm him down. At least I tried.

The choline in it made me heavily depressed almost immediately, I did an internet search and people with bipolar can be very sensitive to that supplement. It’s a shame it’s not offered without it, because the L-theanine is super relaxing for me and it’s actually a pretty good dose of it in the pop! Traditionally it is paired with GABA :)

So these need to not be just sitting around or they will be eaten. My boys love them. I had friends kids spending a weekend at my house and I would give these to the kids around bedtime and, they relaxed and went to bed very easily. They love their bedtime lollipops also great for haircut time. If your little doesn’t like haircuts. Seriously I have the pickiest kids that don’t like most things. They enjoy these.

They both enjoyed the berry flavor a lot though.

Packaging could be safer for kids so they don’t get to them so easily but overall I tasted delicious. I didn’t notice much of a behavior change , but these might need to be used every day longer than we have.

He says he feels more alert when he rats them. I am not sure just yet if I see a new level of calm from this high-energy boy. I love the clean ingredients and that they are gluten-free. We will continue to try L'Olly pops as we have always been impressed with the Olly brand of products.

I don’t know if I noticed a huge difference on mellowing but it worked as an incentive for my son! I also like that it contains omega 3’s and that it contains no synthetic coloring. It does contain quite a bit of sugar in each lolly (4g) which is why I gave it 4 stars.

I let my daughter have one after school to help settle her into focusing on homework. They work amazingly great. Way to go, OLLY, for making such a tasty, effective product!
