I've been looking for a tolerable probiotic and I think this is it. I've tried others like white pills or refrigerated and it's not sustainable. I feel like I can take several of these a day and be good to go! I've noticed being less bloated and less acid reflux since taking.

YIKES. I have zero history of allergies, took these yesterday (and didn’t have or use anything else that’s new) and I’m covered head to toe in hives. Had to go to urgent care for a steroid shot to suppress my immune response.

These work incredibly well for a simple probiotic supplement as far as bowel regularity. You may have to deal with 1-2 weeks of more gas than normal while your body adjusts. To combat that, I would just take them at night right before bed (I refuse to pass gas all over my office, and it’s no big deal to pass gas while sleeping, obviously). Chew them really thoroughly before swallowing, stay on top of your hydration, and give them a few weeks to start working before just giving up.

These are great the way they are. For those asking for the sugar to be removed, be careful what you wish for. They did that to the kids vitamins and almost no one bought them anymore so they switched it back. Just try a different one, they have other separate probiotic ones you might like better, or email them and ask for an alternative suggestion.

I never take the time to type out reviews on products, so the fact that I am now, says everything. I would give this 10/10. I’ve had stomach pains, digestive issues, and more for YEARS. Many doctors shoving medicine down my throat and never any answers. I could never eat food without feeling bloated or in pain. It would take over my life at times. After only 2 days of taking these, I had INSTANT, relief. I can move freely, my stomach feels light, I’m able to enjoy food without worrying about rushing home. These have been a life savior. I am not sure what people are talking about but these are hands down the BEST tasting vitamin I’ve ever consumed. And they will 100% get your gut health right. I used the restroom frequently the first week to clean me out and now I am regular and my bloat has gone down. Highly recommend!
