I picked these up because my normal D gummies were not on the shelf. Did not think saffron would make any difference in mood. However, after 2 weeks I am noticing a definite difference in my anxiety, panic attacks and grief. I find myself saying well thats weird usually xyz would cause me to get anxious or angry, the panic attack which has been happening same time every day for almost 4 years did not occur today-a little anxious but it was a relief not to feel it. Like having a migraine lifted . And since our sons death nearly 4 years ago I still feel the weight of grief sadness. But again the last few days that loss was recognized but I did not feel the overwhelming need to cry.Almost as though my brain had a weighted security blanket to modulate the sadness. Its hard to feel like everything's ok but the last few days I have. It will be interesting to see if it continues. I do wish that you had small,labeled,travel size bottles and a cute travel case. it would be helpful.

These have been life changing for our family. I use these for my 2 children with ADHD after researching some clinical studies on saffron. They do have an aftertaste but don't bother my kids. I give 2 gummies to my 11 year old and 1 gummy to my 6 year old. They definitely help to improve their mood but the change has been dramatic in my 6 year old. He has struggled with emotional regulation due to his ADHD. After a month or so of consistent use we noticed he was able to regulate his emotions better. He could inhibit some of his reactions and cope better with big feelings. After 2-3 months the difference was dramatic. He is happy and joyful and the triggers that used to send him into a massive reaction are now much smaller and manageable for him. There is no such thing as a magical pill or supplement, it takes a lot of other tools as well, but since starting this the other tools we had been using actually work and we no longer feel like we are putting a massive amount of energy into supporting him and only seeing minimal benefit. Of note - the saffron does not help his hyperactivity, and while he can better inhibit reactions he still struggles with significant impulsivity. But when he is not frequently overwhelmed by his emotional state he is in a much better space to work on ways to cope with these symptoms.

These work really well. I’m about to purchase for the second time. I don’t take them as regularly as I should, but I do suffer from PPD and do not like the prescription medications for it. I prefer these over the prescription meds. I can feel the difference when I take these versus when I don’t. I don’t feel the effect immediately but every time I take them , the next day I feel joyful, motivated, and at peace. When I take them regularly , everyday , i feel that way. I recommend taking them daily if you suffer from PPD or just overall depression or anxiety, they work for sure <3
