A-AKG is an excellent product to consume with (extra) protein, either before or during extended endurance sports. Too much protein would normally result in ammonia build-up and sluggishness during long, grueling training/events. NOT SO with A-AKG (or high quality OKG). Don't believe me? Try your own experiment with identical, long workouts, 1 with extra protein and A-AKG, and 1 with extra protein, but without A-AKG. Other than giving you the strength to go farther, faster, the former will NOT make your clothes wreak of ammonia sweat.

The price is excellent, and I can the feel the vasodilation for many hours after taking it. It definitely works.
