Q: Is there an integrated cold pack? I don’t understand how it keeps the thermos warm and the rest cold without a cold pack?

A: The plastic that makes up the box is double layered providing insulation to keep cold items cool. However, it is not a bad idea to add a reusable ice stick or two the the sides. For anything that truly needs to stay cold for several hours - like yogurt - the best place is the thermos. Thanks for asking!

Q: Does the lunchbox fit a standard size lunch bag? Or does it require the omie box bag to be purchased separately?

Q: What should I do if my thermos lid is stuck?

A: Please don’t try to force it open. This can sometimes happen if food is left in the thermos and it starts to ferment, building up pressure inside. This isn’t unique to OmieBox—it’s true for all thermoses. But trying to force it open can make the lid pop. Just discard this thermos and let us know. We will send you a new thermos unit.

Purchased two. Had to replace the seal within the first month because of mold. The thermo is very hard to open at times for both my child and the teachers. Not user friendly.

Two of my children, ages 12 and 4 have an OmieBox- both pasta lovers so a lunch box with a thermos was a must! This box comes with plenty space/ sections for the different food items: protein, veggies, fruit, snacks and treats. We love OmieBox!

We got the omiebox this fall for school lunches. The partitions and hot area thermos make it easy to have warm food next to cold like fruit or veggies. Before I would need several containers to achieve this. The only minus is that the rubber seal gets kind of gross if you don’t wash and dry every night before use so maybe they could use some anti fungus or mold plastic for the sealer? But otherwise a great option for sending lunch.

I love the practicality, versatility and stylish look of it. However one of the main reasons that attracted me to this product was the thermos for hot lunch- but I discovered that it DOESN’T keep my son’s lunch warm until lunch time.

I love this box for my 3 year old. He kept spilling milk in his other lunchbox so I am so happy I can wash this in sink and be done with sour milk smells. It’s easy for him to open and close. We love all the compartments and accessories available. Can’t wait to try the water bottle next!

My kid loves this lunchbox! Sometimes we use don’t even use the thermos and the space is so large in the lunchbox that you can fit a whole sandwich. The vibrant colors are a plus. We also like all the accessories. My child loves to open the lid of their omiepod for a surprise treat at lunch.
