My 7yo daughter liked the cherry flavor but did say they had a bit of an aftertaste. Overall, all of my kids liked them. They had a good consistency.

My kids are 13 and 11, so we have tried many different brands of vitamins. I gave these to my daughter as soon as I got them in the mail, and she spit them out. She said the aftertaste was horrible! She said she didn't want to take them again! I'm guessing the cherry flavor tastes more like medicine rather than vitamins.

Of course as with any multivitamin, you’ll have to chase it with juice because of the iron aftertaste. Otherwise it’s a quick, convenient, and portable way to take your daily vitamins which is essential to growth and nutrition.

They are packed with the vitamins he needs to grow strong and stay healthy. I recommend One a Day Kids Multivitamins.

They actually like the cherry flavor (which is rare for vitamins), and I feel good knowing they’re getting key nutrients like vitamins B6, C, D, E, and especially iron to support their growth. The gummies are easy to chew and don’t have that weird aftertaste some vitamins do. Plus, the bright and fun packaging makes my kids excited to take them every morning—definitely a win in my book!
