A: One A Day Women's Prenatal Gummies does not have iron. Added iron in gummies would create black spotting & oxidation. It would create an appearance problem which would not be appealing.

The first thing I noticed was their pleasant fruity flavor, which makes taking them easy and even enjoyable. They did not cause me nausea or stomach upset, something that can happen with other prenatal vitamins. In addition, being chewy, I didn't have to worry about taking them with water or at a specific time. They are a little more expensive than other tablet options, but they are easily available in pharmacies and online stores.

Prenatal gummies are way better to take than the pills they prescribe you. They taste good. I eat them with a light breakfast. It’s worth the money because I definitely don’t like taking the actual pills and they work the same. The packaging is nice too.

The taste was fine, not the best gummy and not the worst. The texture was a bit chalky but not too bad. I am not sure of the effectiveness as I didn’t conduct any before or after blood work of my vitamin levels. The packaging was perfect, love the kid control cap. I think this would be a decent value for the money.

I love the taste of these gummies. Prenatal vitamins from other brands make me nauseous but these are effective with great taste. I showed them to my OBGYN and she assured me they have everything I need in pregnancy.

To describe the taste… they taste like metal… so gross. You cannot whatsoever taste the orange or raspberry. I for sure won’t be finishing this whole bottle. Absolutely disgusting

The bottle is easy to open and stores a lot of their gummies. I took these with both pregnancies. The taste is so so but that’s what you get with vitamin gummies. These were approved by my midwife.

I really liked the gummies as it made the vitamins much easier to take than the big tablets version. The taste for was very fruity and not at all harsh on my stomach even in the early stages of pregnancy when everything seemed to disagree with me. The large number of vitamins included in the bottle made it very cost effective. Overall it was a great vitamin and came recommended by my OB.
