It was 11.99 with a restock notification button. I got notified of the restock but it's now 22.99. Thanks target. I expect this from a mom and pop shop but not here.

Don't buy. This is ridiculous the price they are making us pay. Last week this was $11.99 and this week, they priced gouged it to $22.99. This is $11.99 on the official one piece site.
