Directions take 1 tablet at the same time every day, this product will work best to prevent pregnancy when taken exactly as directed, you can start on any day of the month, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the first 2 days of use (48 hours) after you start your first pack of this product, because it takes 2 days for this product to start working, See the enclosed leaflet for more information on how to switch from another contraceptive method., never skip your daily tablet, to prevent pregnancy, take this product every day, even when you bleed or have spotting, when you finish this pack, start the next one the following day without a break, if you are more than 3 hours late taking your tablet or miss taking your tablet on 1 or more days: take 1 tablet immediately, as soon as you remember that you missed it, then go back to taking your daily tablet at your usual time, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the next 2 days (48 hours), because it takes 2 days for this product to start working again, if you vomit for any reason or have severe diarrhea within 4 hours of taking your daily tablet, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex for the next 2 days (48 hours), because the medicine may not have been fully absorbed, you should continue to see your healthcare provider(s) for routine healthcare visits, When to use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex for the next 2 days (48 hours): after you start your first pack of this product, if you take a tablet more than 3 hours late or miss a tablet on 1 or more days, if you vomit or have a severe diarrhea within 4 hours of taking a tabletOther information

A: Opill should only be used until the end of the month of the printed expiration date. We base our expiration dates on stability testing on various packaging configurations. The expiration dates are set so that all specifications are still met at the end of shelf life.

Stopped Opill for 3 weeks and the side effects are just the worst! I missed my period, my nipples are over sensitive and I’m having heavy cramps. Never going back to this pill again.

My doctor recommended trying this after experiencing side effects from the combination pill. First 3 weeks seemed alright, noticed minor spotting, light nausea and acid reflux. Over the next few weeks the nausea got worse and I started getting headaches every day. My anxiety was noticeably worse and the mood swings were so bad! I also started having very negative thoughts which is not like me. Woke up with a migraine one morning (which i don't ever have) and threw these in the trash. Definitely not a product for everyone.

I have been taking Opill for about a year now and it was good for the first year but after starting this new pack, I have a bleeding session almost every week now with old brown blood that borders on fresh blood. I was very happy with this product as I take contraceptives for period control but I'm extremely dissatisfied lately as it's affecting now my sex life due to the constant on/off bleeding.

I started taking this birth control back in January. It’s now mid March and I have not had a period. I had normal period when I took the pill January and February but now March has come and I have still had no period and I’m almost 2 weeks late. Anyone experience losing their period at all while on this pill?? I’m unsure if it’s the birth control or a health issue so I will be seeing an OB/GYN soon

very painful horrible periods my entire time of having one and I would have to say this birth control definitely helped! For the first 2-3 months, I had migraines and consistent breast tenderness. But my period was regular for the most part. About 4 months in I had a period and then a week of brown spotting and then it happened again the next month. But after that my periods have become way lighter and I barely cramp. I barely experience pms, and if I do it’s not to the extent of what it was before. Obviously what happened for me isn’t going to happen for everyone, but I would definitely recommend this to someone who is hesitant on trying a BC that has a lot of hormones. I have not had any issues with excessive weight gain or loss, or acne. And IM NOT OR HAVENT BEEN PREGNANT

I feel like there thought is if you're on your period you can't get pregnant. I've been on it for 2 months and have bled 4x for 7 days each time. That's way to much for me to handle!

I used for three months and had my regular period and then also 1-2 weeks of brown bleeding every month. I stuck it out on hopes that my period would regulate but it never did and got worse as time progressed

This birth control has completely changed my life. I suffer from endometriosis and no longer get cramps or vomit. I used to miss work a lot because my cramps were so excruciating. It works better than the birth control my doctor prescribed to me two years ago and it doesn’t give me depression or mood swings. If you’re taking it to help with your cramps, I can’t say it will work the same for everyone, but it’s worth trying. Thank you Opill!

I started taking Opill in October because I wanted a more “for sure” form of birth control and liked how accessible Opill was, plus the advertised side effects seemed minimum. The first month followed the expected headaches and nausea here and there, and two weeks of extremely sore breasts leading up to my period. After that the “bonus periods” started where I’d have my regular period, then a week off, then another 5-6 days of bleeding, another week off, then back on my regular period. After four months of that and extreme mood swings to go with my regular period (plus tiredness and brain fog more than normal) I decided I couldn’t take it anymore and got off the pill. I feel so messed up after 5 months on this pill.

I actually ordered this for one of my grandson's girlfriend. I do not know that they are having sex. It is not my business. But the girl's mother will not agree to this type of healthcare for her daughter. It is rather against my ethics to do so, but weighing a possible pregnancy and the subsequent consequences against supplying her with opill was a no-brainer. Both of these bright young people are headed for college and have a bright future ahead of them. A young pregnancy simply is not in the cards.

It's been almost a full month of taking Opill and I love it! I've had no problems with this birth control and I'm very happy about it. I wish Opill was around sooner! I've had the shot, nexplanon implant as well as taken other bc pills and Opill is definitely has been the best option for me. 10/10 would recommend! No hair falling out or mood swings and it's actually help regulate my period so far. :)

I bought these pills at my local pharmacy why my old prescription expired and I did not have time to go to my doctor at that time so I have been taking this pill already 2 months , the first month all good but the pills are all the same color and when I finished them I did not have my period , but how in the middle of month 2 I started to bleed very little every day I am almost 3 weeks bleeding now 🩸 definitely not recommend
