These look nice and are inexpensive, but they are a poor design for keeping a soap bar dry. The "bumps" are too low so that the soap is sitting in water and the high sides inhibit evaporation. The dish has to be emptied every time someone washes their hands and the soap still stays wet and gets mushy. I tried three different brands of bar soap and had the same problem with all of them. Unfortunately, I bought two of these soap dishes (for two bathrooms) and now have to replace both of them.

I love that this soap dish looks like glass and appears more expensive than it was. Our shower remodel included wall to wall, floor to ceiling large tiles and the soap dish does not detract from the tile work—it essentially disappears but functions well.
