Q&A(11)
Q: Can I give this to a 7 year old?
A: I would consult your pediatrician.
submitted byCatcsf - 7 years agoA: No you cannot. The label says it is not for use for anyone under the age of 18 years. Talk to your child's pediatrician about a children's multivitamin like One a Day for Kids or the Flintstones multivitamins.
submitted byStarLily - 5 years agoA: I don't really think so. It might have ingredients that are in too large of a dose for children. I'd rather you ask your Doctor.

Q: How long does it takes to work?
A: I actually saw the difference within a week of taking the pills. I gave them to my 18 yr old daughter and she noticed a difference in about a week as well.
submitted byDonnaB - 7 years agoA: After about a month, I saw an improvement. But it wasn't until about 3 months that there was a noticeable difference with me. I'm older, in my fifties, so that may have something to do with it. But my hair is thicker and longer now, as it was in my younger years.

Q: Can I take all three at the same time ?
A: I doubt if there would be a problem taking all three at the same time. Because I take a lot of meds I only took one or two a day and never bought the item again. I found a once a day product which I am currently trying from Target.
submitted byTexas Lady - 7 years agoA: Yes you can. That’s how I took them. They really work, too!

Q: I know it says to take 3 daily, but that seems like too much for me. Would it be ok to just take 1 daily?
A: Iciest took 3 with cold water and got nausea now I take them with warm water and have had no problems
submitted byCocopuff - 5 years agoA: Yes. You may want to start out taking only one per day, gradually increasing to three per day, if you can tolerate it. I have found I become nauseated if I take more than two per day, though others have no problem taking three. It takes several months before most people see results, so if you aren't seeing any improvement after ~60 days, you may want to try to increase to the full dose if you can tolerate it.
