Mixes really poorly, leaves a lot of grainy texture. Does not include a scoop so that was incredibly annoying (thankfully had a 5g scoop from another product and used that). Also said 240 servings and that was WAY off, that claim is much higher than the actual amount. The creatine itself worked well but this product still has some improvements to do.

I have dedicated trying this for one month along with my workout plan and it has worked wonders! Packaging and flavor is great, easy to mix and very light taste. I find great value in this and noticed my muscles are very less fatigued on the next day after using this in my routine. We will be adding it into our rotation at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for this creatine thinking it would taste like blueberry lemonade, improve my performance in Pilates and generally make my body feel better. It definitely performed as expected and achieved the latter, however, I could not get the taste out of my mouth. I usually cannot taste the artificial sugars but this one was terrible for me. I’ll definitely try another flavor from this brand.

I’ve really been enjoying this creative powder as a pre-workout hydration. It’s hard to pinpoint its effectiveness but I do think it’s had a positive effect on my body since I’ve been taking it! It tastes great too. My only complaint is that, no matter how much I mix it, there’s always residue at the bottom of my glass which makes me feel like I’m not getting every bit of the powder.

I’ve never tried taking creatine and was so excited to receive this from Influenster. Since taking creatine, I’ve increased the number of weights I can lift across all of my muscles. I have used it daily for over a month and haven’t noticed a change in my body physically. However, I have noticed that I have more energy. I don’t know if this is something I would purchase.

Tastes great, mixes easily without the gritty aftertaste and feeling, and does the job of helping with recovery and muscle gain (when paired with proper nutrition and training). Definitely will continue to be a staple for me.
