I cannot recommend this enough. I am lactose intolerant and my body tolerates this. Its amazing. I add it to smoothies, almost all my baking recipes. It’s the best !!!

My husband loves this flavor and drinks it all the time mixed into skim milk. The strawberry flavor is strong but the banana tastes very artificial. Overall though it is an excellent product and makes great smoothies.

I feel that this product is quite good and I bought my second one already. The double rich chocolate flavor is quite good. I tried some other brands which were also good but this one seems to have value and quality at the same time. I hope that the quality will remain the same and even improve with time.

My bonus son was helping me in my health journey and after I told him my experience with another brand of whey protein he immediately signed me up for Optimum and told me I would benefit from this and would really like it. Understatement! I love it. The Coffee Flavor is amazing, and not ungodly sweet like another brand, I had my first shaker today with only water and was totally impressed with how well it dissolved and the taste was GREAT! I love having "coffee" again the morning! Will absolutely continue to order. I am taking this product as recommended and find the taste amazing and it is too soon to comment on the benefits. However I can see the difference with my bonus son so am looking forward to this journey with this product. I cannot stress enough how great the flavor is, the ease of use and how well it dissolves. I can tell the flavor is hit being that it is on backorder.

Bought cookies & cream, and noticed the flavour was kinda weak! Well turns out the scoop have less than the 32g… So, that’s the only complaint I’ve got! Other than that, the protein is very good! Bought other flavours before and all good for now.
