The blueberry lemonade flavor is fantastic! I also have the fruit punch flavor that is good but it pales in comparison to this flavor. And taste aside, I feel like it has just the right amount of caffeine. As for the other workout-supporting ingredients like creatine, it seems to be helping me get in shape a bit faster (could be my imagination but I feel/see my physique changing more). 10/10 would buy again, just wish they sold these in larger sizes or bulk!

This is my favorite pre workout! I use it almost daily and gets me warmed up and ready!

Why you have so many crappy unhealthy “other ingredients “ ? Why not to make something healthier since this is the target population?

I actually really enjoy the blueberry lemonade flavor. I find it so refreshing! I tend to workout in the morning, so this is perfect for me. I do notice a difference. Before I took the pre-workout I found that I couldn’t get through my entire hourlong workout. After drinking this pre-workout, I definitely felt I had more energy to finish the entire long workout and even dance a bit after! I think if you are looking to kick your performance up a notch, pre-workouts are definitely the way to go. I mean you could also just eat before working out, but some days I just don’t really want to. And this is a quick, no-fuss way to get nutrition and fuel in quickly and not have to think too much about it. I usually use my Vitamix to make my shakes, but I’ve even mixed this in to a quick protein shake using one of those milk frothes things and it mixes in really well, no issues for me. Highly recommend!

I find that I can get by with half of a scoop a lot of times, but the full scoop helps me get in a really great workout. I try and drink it pretty quickly as it can get a bit gritty if it sits. It’s fine as long as you follow the directions and stir enough. It tastes very good and it’s overly sweet.

This product is definitely better. It gives my wife and I the fuel and energy we need to conquer huge workouts without the negative side effects that come with preworkouts sometimes. The flavor is also great which makes taking this supplement more of a pleasure than a chore! I also like that it lasts a good amount of time so I am not in a slump at the end of my workout. I have also experience too rapid of a heart rate from other brands but I feel much safer and healthier with this product. I have lost 27 pounds of fat and packed on some lean muscle mass!

The creatine, niacin, and caffiene are what I look for as I need a good Kickstart to my workouts. Normally creatine tastes well tart and is not very pleasant, but the blueberry lemonade flavor tastes great and it gives me the boost I need to be the best that I can be. Normally I'll make myself an 8 ounce glass before I hit the gym and it keeps me going. Plus how hard is it to just add a scoop to water and shake/stir? No excuses! This stuff works!

It also gives him a little jolt of energy before workouts - but he says it's not as strong as others he's tried. The texture is also nice, because it dissolves completely into water.

I think it might become my go to product. It mixes up easily and you drink it 15-30min before your workout. Super easy to drink, it was like having a delicious blueberry lemonade drink. It doesn't happen to everyone, but the beta-ananine and niacin can create a temporary tingling sensation, that's what helps me stay motivated. If I'm moving I don't notice the tingling as much, so I love this part of it. Each scoop contains 175mgs of naturally sourced caffine. I haven't noticed any crashing side effects and after working out I feel relaxed and accomplished.
