Description
Developed by fascia and alignment expert Lauren Roxburgh, this light resistance loop is ideal for performing exercises to help tone the legs, strengthen the core, and improve alignment and balance. Simply place the Toning Loop around the ankles, calves or thighs while performing squats, leg lifts, glute kickbacks, clamshells, bridge pulses and more. The Toning Loop is made from thick, durable nylon spandex and features interior tabs that comfortably keep it from shifting or sliding. Ideal for helping improve alignment while performing yoga poses such as boat or bridge, the Toning Loop can be used to increase the intensity of lower body exercises to build strength and tone the lower body. Small and lightweight, the Toning Loop comes in a mesh bag for easy and convenient transport and can be used at home, in the studio, at the gym or while traveling.
