I went from having to drink or spray my mouth every hour after surgery and radiation gave me a permanent dry mouth. Even my dentist was worried about my teeth due to dry mouth issues. This product works to moisturize, but it also creates an environment where you produce your own saliva due to the xylitol sweetener. I cut mine in half and use 3 halves at night. They are a bit tough to start with as the size feels weird but melts. Try these if you have dry mouth. I have told friends about these melts.

The OraCoat XyliMelts Dry Mouth Relief did a good job keeping my mouth from getting dry overnight. They were easy to use and had a pleasant taste. Good for mouth breathers or Cpap users to avoid dry mouth and have a dental safe alternative.

This is an interesting product. The taste was surprisingly good and not too sweet. There was no grit as it dissolved and did what it was suppose to. It relieves dry mouth. I did not use this at night but kept it In during the day and there was no discomfort while it was in place. Will certainly use this product when I have a dry mouth.

This a suck and easy way to help with my dry mouth. I just stick one to my teeth and it stays there for a few hours. Relieves my symptoms and does it with little effort from me. Great product that I highly recommend.

I have dry mouth so often now, I assume this is due to wearing masks at work and the talking I do all day long. I was looking for a quick solution to this problem. These melts are quick and easy to use, the taste was a mild mint that wasn’t overwhelming.

For a couple years I’ve been dealing with dry mouth. It comes on later in the day and by the time I go to bed my tongue is white with a film on it. Sucking on a few of these a day has made a vast improvement. I keep them in my purse, car and medicine cabinet so that when I start to notice my mouth being dry I can easily grab one. It also helps if I take one right before bedtime.
Easy to use but uncomfortable after immediate application.

These are very easy to use, just as instructed you place one on your gum and wait a few seconds to stick. It could be my gums, but the placement was not comfortable immediately. After a few minutes I got used to it. It dissolved within a few hours. I am reluctant to try while sleeping.

I like the concept but I can't tolerate having something stuck to my gums. I recently had a head cold and though this would be a good way to avoid the dry mouth one often gets when taking decongestants, however after about 10 minutes I gave up and threw it out -- I couldn't get used to having this lump stuck to my gums.
