Q: Is this good to use before braces adjustment appointment to cut down on discomfort?

A: Hi Parrott75, We do not recommend using the product prior the brace adjustment appointments to cut down on discomfort only because during the appointment, patients are asked to brush their teeth or the dentist will clean the targeted area. Therefore, very little product would be left. There is no concern to using the product before the procedure, but, we do not believe it will help substantially. If you would like to use the product after their procedure they can, we would recommend consulting a dental specialist's opinion first. Thank you.

What is the difference, same ingredient's, everything is the same but the color on the box on the letters PM. Love the product, bought both but I want to know what the difference is or is it a marketing ploy. To be honest you don't need a marketing plot, your product works.

After buying the generic forms of Oragel for years I finally bought the name brand Oragel 4X and I couldn’t be more disappointed than I am now writing this review while my mouth aches. Surprisingly, Oragel 4X doesn’t even relieve the pain like the generic brands do. I absolutely feel no relief at all.

This is scary, I had a major toothache, haven’t been able to go to the dentist. I out this on my molar tooth (right side) and i didn’t know it was numbing cream, I just thought it relieves the pain. No complaints here but it caught me off guard, my whole right side is numb, I don’t recommend swallowing…. I feel like my tongue is numb as well….
