Great toothbrush for toddlers. Taking a star off just because the buttons to turn it on and off require a bit of force which makes it hard for my toddler to do on her own. As a cheaper toothbrush expect to replace this every few months, and check for any mold growth around the head of the brush that rotates. All in all, we are happy with using these and replacing them as needed- our dentist was also really happy!

So absolutely frustrated. Purchased this item on Sunday and by Monday the battery was already dead. Tried replacing it and it will not work.

We can understand your disappointment that the brush was only working for the first day. Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they perform reliably, and we’d like to provide a few troubleshooting tips that may help. First, make sure the power outlet you are using is working as it should, and switched on if it is controlled by a power switch. Also, with a new brush, we recommend placing it on the charger for the full charge time when it is initially opened. While it may have a charge right out of the box, often, the brush is not fully charged and ready to go. It's also important to not charge the toothbrush on a metal surface since the metal can interfere with the charging process. With our Kids models, it can sometimes be difficult to know when they’re correctly switched off. If they’re switched on while charging, they won’t charge correctly. The best thing to do is to put it on the charger for 30 minutes or so, and then try to switch it on. If it switches on that’s great, and it was correctly switched off while charging. However if it doesn’t switch on, that might mean that it wasn’t switched off during charging. We stand behind our products so be sure to reach out if you need any further assistance. My daughter loves these toothbrushes. They offer a variety of characters and electric toothbrushes are supposed to clean your teeth better as well. I just wish they had replacement brush heads.

Disappointed to find a different character than the one in the listing, as I ended up getting a character my kid doesn’t know when I thought I was ordering their favorite. The listings should be separated by character for online ordering.

Don't bother! :( The one I bought, battery included was dead and you can't replace it. Looks like compartment for it has a very tiny screw, on bottom of device, that would need to be removed to open. Total waste of money!

Cute character toothbrush....BUT the head does not last long (approx 2 mos), and the character begins to peel and chip away making it unpleasing to look at. It’s worth it if you buy it on sale plus additional discount otherwise it’s not worth it
