I love this product to make a quick breakfast casserole. I line the bottom of my dish with the potatoes. Add my seasoning, The taste and texture is just like fresh potatoes and no one will know that you have not been in the kitchen chopping for the hour prior. Add whatever vegetables or protein you might want and then cover with a mixture of eggs, milk and cheese. Bake for about 35 minutes and you have a perfect breakfast casserole. the nice thing is you only have to pour in what you need with the easy packaging, so buy the bigger bag.

Another product that has fallen to shrinkflation. The potatoes are diced too fine, the peppers and onions are practically non existent. This used to be one of my favorite frozen foods now, it is in flyover country.

I didn’t realize I had purchased gluten free potatoes until they completely fell apart. The taste is okay but the consistency is pure mush. I didn’t want mashed potatoes.
Add more peppers and onions please!

bought this when i couldn't find my regular home fries at marc's and had to settle for this brand and i should've just bought mashed potatoes. they're not square anymore, they're soft and gross and mashed all in the pan i was cooking it in. never will i ever buy this brand for the homefriez ever again. if i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND IF YOU WANT HOMEFRIES BUY THEM IF YIU WANT NASTY TRASH MASHED POTATOES.

These potatoes are my go to! I love these for breakfast lunch and dinner. I am curent cooking then for lunch right now. I like to add some extra veggies and spices to them. They are such and quick and easy meal!

I love this, we either make it with sausage or eggs, it's fast, and easy to make and taste just as good as if you would cut up ingredients yourself. With it just being myself and my husband we look for convenient meals that are easy and fast through the week. If you haven't tried, grab a bag. I love the ease of using the Ore-ida potatoes O’Brien with onions and peppers. For a wonderful quick breakfast, after I cook the potatoes I add scrambled eggs and a cooked meat (bacon, sausage or ham). The onions and peppers add so much flavor. [product:ore-ida-country-inn-creations-peppers-&-onions-hash-browns] Once the eggs are done you are ready to eat. My family loves this. These are very reasonably priced for a big breakfast.
