Really yummy. I am not on the keto diet. However, I am allergic to soy and peas, and sensitive to gluten and whey. Greatly diminishing what I can have as far as protein. This is easy on my stomach, has a great flavor and good source of protein in smoothies or just in a plant milk in a shaker bottle

I bought this in the chocolate flavor and I love it. I especially love the variety I can do with it.. I've used it for breakfast by mixing it with almond milk, scoop of peanut butter, cinnamon, almonds + ice in my ninja to make a smoothie or I've used it as an after workout 'pick me up' with plain greek yogurt, and a mashed avacado in a standard bowl. The chocolate is subtle while still sweet and super smooth, never clumpy. I feel better substituting this in those time of feeling 'snacky' lol 10/10 recommend **

100x better then any whey protein powder, so long as u have a mixing bottle it mixes amazingly well, if u try to mix it with just a spoon then i suggest adding the power first, then a small amoiunt of HOT water to make sure it all dissolves, then add you cup of mix or coffee etc., taste kinda like a chocolate old school malt from an ice cream stand. Or a thinner richer ensure almost, but deff better.
